The inaugural SPS Day on June 2, 2023, was a great success thank to community members and leaders like you! SPS Chapters from around the world held SPS Day events to celebrate the Society’s establishment and and 75th anniversary.

The winner of the 2023 SPS Day photo contest was the Chalapathi Institute of Engineering and Technology Student Branch Chapter! Their Chapter received an additional $250 in funding for 2023. Congratulations!

Save the date: SPS Day 2024 is coming on Sunday, 2 June! Now’s the time to start thinking about your Chapter’s activities. Any activites held between 19 May and 16 June will be eligible as SPS Day events. Stay tuned here for photo contest details, event ideas, and more!

Beginning this year, SPS calls on its members and Chapters from around the world to celebrate SPS Day annually on 2 June, bringing our community together to connect and collaborate to advance the SPS mission and fields of interest with local events, webinars, and more.
